Product Use:
Products sold by FWD Performance are intended for off-road use only unless specifically stated otherwise. The purchaser is responsible for determining the suitability and legality of a product for its intended use.
Warranty & Returns:
Products are sold "as is" unless otherwise noted. Manufacturer warranties may apply. Please contact us at 281-288-4411 for an RMA before returning an item. Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns should be shipped to 419 Maple Hill St., El Dorado, AR 71730.
Billing:
We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, PayPal, COD, and money orders. For credit-card orders, the shipping and billing addresses must match unless otherwise approved by the store. Submitting an order authorizes FWD Performance to charge the payment method provided. Your card may be charged before shipment in order to reserve merchandise for your order.
Core Charges:
Applicable core charges are billed with the order and may be refunded after the returned core is received and inspected. Cores received within 30 days of product receipt are eligible for full core value, subject to inspection. Cores received after 30 days are eligible for 50% of the core value, subject to inspection. Refund value may be affected by the condition of the returned core and processing may take up to 30 days. Turbo cores may be subject to additional charges. Please call for details. Cores should be shipped to 419 Maple Hill St., El Dorado, AR 71730.
Shipping & Order Information:
Order totals may be adjusted to reflect actual shipping charges. Carrier delivery estimates do not include order-processing time. Please check your order history or call 281-288-4411 with questions regarding availability, shipping, or order status.
